  • The person affected by the disease should always develop a positive thought so that it energizes the mind. Positive approach always leads to the control of the mind.
  • When the patient is unable to have full control over his mind, reading a book or listening to a song will help him to have a break. A walk in the evening and watching nature will make their mind relax and helps them to come out of their trouble.
